Prof. Dr. phil. h.c. Moritz Hunzinger
Cashcloud CEO Moritz Hunzinger is founder of the stock listed infas Holding AG (formerly Hunzinger Information AG) and was its CEO from 1979-2004. In 1998, Hunzinger Information AG went public. The issue was oversubscribed 310 times - unfulfilled demand for shares totaled € 3.25 billion - making the Hunzinger Information AG IPO one of the most coveted stock offerings ever.
In Ukraine - where the development team of Cashcloud is located - Moritz Hunzinger is a Chairman of the advisory board of Brocard Parfums Group since 2015 (from 2003 to 2015 Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Brocard Group). Hunzinger is a Professor for PR and communication at the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University since 2010. Since 2015 he is an Honorary Professor at the Eastern European National University. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Association for the Promotion of Economic Competition (Berlin), and former federal treasurer of the CDU social committee.
Hunzinger graduated from Valley Forge Military Academy (Valley Forge, USA) and like other well known graduates (including J.D. Salinger, President Donald Trumps National Security Adviser Dr. H.R. McMaster or Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf) he has achieved notable success.
His name is entered in the "Guinness Book of Records" for the launch of the Swatch watch. Moritz Hunzinger was awarded the Order of Merit of Germany, the Gold Cross of Honor of the Bundeswehr, the Medal of Honor of Kyiv, Knighthood of the Royal House of Portugal and of the House of Habsburg-Lorraine.

Michael strengthened the cashcloud team in 2013. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in Luxembourg in the areas of finance and accounting, as well as personnel management. He is a graduate of the Academy of Economics with a degree in business administration. As a member of the Board of the Cashcloud SA (Luxembourg), he is also responsible for administrative management. The focus of his activities includes the areas of finance, accounting, human resources, controlling and tax management.
